The following flow chart gives a detailed explanation on how the entire bricks are produced and be ready to use in construction industry. Overall, this procedure consists of six stages.
The raw material resources are used to manufacture brick is clay; therefore, in the first stage, clay is dug up by using a digger. Then, it is placed on the metal grid in order to the small pieces drop onto the big roller below. In the next stage, sand and water are added and the mixture of clay, sand and water is then placed in a mould or a wire cutter to make the shape of a brick before the soft bricks are moved into a drying oven for 24 to 48 hours.
Afterwards, bricks are fired in a special kiln at a moderate temperature (200c – 980c), then continued its heated procedure at higher temperature (870c -1300c) in another kiln. Before being packaged bricks are treated in a cooling chamber for 48 – 72 hours and finally, complete bricks are transformed to a track and delivered to customers.
Bricks are made during six stages from clay at the beginning to the delivery of bricks to users.
