The diagram illustrates a detailed explanation on how wasted bottles are made. It can be clearly seen from the picture that there are three main stages in this process.
In the first step, all second-hand bottles are gathered in a collection point before trunks transfer them to a recycled area.
Stage two begins with the process of washing all impurities and the clean bottles are then divided into three categories (namely clean, green and brown). Afterwards,those bottles are brought to a glass factory where they are going to be crushed into small pieces. Following this, glass pieces are melted in a special furnace at high temperature between 600 and 800 degree Celsius to be liquid form. Next, new liquid glass is added to recycled one to make a mixture which will be moved to the mould to create bottles' shape.
In the last stage, all those recycled bottles now becomes the useable containers foe filling different kind of drinks which are going to be sold in the market.
In conclusion, the recycled bottles manufacturing process comprises three steps which are mentioned above.
