Overall, there are 10 stages, starting with the growth of cacao trees and ending with the production of liquid chocolate

First, cacao trees are derived in South America, Africa, and Indonesia. Then the ripe red pods are collected by their harvest. Next, those pods are torn to take out white cocoa beans inside. In the next stage, white beans are fermented before they are spread in the sun to dry. Consequently, those beans are put in large packs before they are delivered by three distinct vehicles such as train, lorry, or ship.

Afterward, the dried beans are taken to factories, they are roasted in high temperatures at about 350 degrees. Thereafter, beans are crushed to get rid of their outer shells. Finally, those inner parts are put into an apparatus to press into liquid chocolate and the process is finished
