At first glance, the final fish pies in the microwaveable container conclude four ingredients named peas, fish, sauce, and potato on the surface. Also, the manufacture of fish pies consists of two main stages, one of the potatoes and other for fresh salmon.
First of all, potatoes are delivered to the factory and stored up to one month. Next, they are cleaned and peeled by the waste disposal before being sliced. Thirdly, these slices of fresh potatoes are boiled, and then frozen before being stored. The last step of this process is putting the final sliced potatoes into the second process.
Turning to the production of fresh salmon, at first, it is arrived at the factory and seasoned with lemon juice and salt to deodorize around 12 hours or less. The next step is that going through the steam oven before being removed skin and bones by two staff. Thirdly, they are checked by a supervisor before being added prepared peas, sauce, and potatoes. Last but not least, after being wrapped, these products are frozen and delivered to stores or dispatch.
