As can be seen , the consumtion of energy for heating is slightly less than half (42%), whilst the amount of greenhouse gas emission for heating is about 15%. People in Australia use just 30% of energy for water heating , in addition the proportion of cooling is just 2%. The amount of greenhouse gas which people use for refregerating is approximately same as heating in Australia.Australian people us 8% greenhouse for lighting means this amount is twice more than using energy.
To sum up , people spend energy for heating more than green house gas.
