The diagram provides information about the process a company uses to hire an employee.
To be hired, the applicant must submit their resume to a company. The resume will be reviewed in two other stages before an applicant will be called for an interview, ultimately being employed or rejected.
In the first step, the resume is delivered to an employer's assistant to review the document. The qualified applicant's curriculum vitae is then passed to an employer if accepted by an assistant while the rejected application is removed from the process. Before interviewing with an applicant, the resume will be thoroughly read by the employer to make a decision. While the unsuccessful application is rejected from the company's human resource, the employer-accepted applicant is contacted and scheduled an interview for further information. If the interview is successful, the applicant will be hired by a company. But if not, they will be rejected and unemployed.
