The given picture shows the process of making electricity from coal
The picture gives information on how coal is used to produce electricity. Overall, there are 7 steps in total in electricity production, from mining coal to the final form of electricity to power houses and industries.
First of all, from coal mines, coal is dug up by miners. This raw material then will be crushed into fine powder by a crusher. After that, it is collected and transported by carts to trucks en route to a gasifier.
The process continues with powdered coal being processed in the gasifier to produce gas and solid waste as a by-product. This gas will be led through a cooler which leads to a gas power plant, ultimately producing electrical energy used to power industrial plants and global households. During the process in the gas power plant, heat waste is created and released.
