The presented graph utilisation of fish and some different kinds of meat in the European country between the year 1979 and 2004.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that, consumption of chicken meat secured the highest position throughout the period, while fish meat consumption was the lowest.
As shown in the graph, in the 1979 around 150 grams of chicken meat was are by a person in a whole week. This figure was increased by 50 grams in the 1989. At the end of the period this figure will be reached at 250 grams. Consumption of beef meat was around 220 grams in the 1979. Between the year 1979 and 1989 there is some fluctuations is there. Around 140 grams in the 1990 and there will be decline uptown nearly 100 grams in the 2004.
It is clearly see a downward trend in lamb meat consumption. Starting with 150 grams of meat and reached at around 60 grams of meat consumption in the 2004 whereas in the fish consumption, starting with just above 50 grams and in the end of the period just below 50 grams consumption. Throughout the period, consumption of fish was constant.
