The given graph illustrate the amount of co2 produced per person in different four countries (UK, Sweden, Italy and Portugal) over a forty-year period from 1967 to 2007.

The CO2 emission per person was ever highest in the UK in a given period. The production began from nearly 11 metric tons in 1967 and slowly decreased up to nearly 9 metric tons in the final year 2007 which was again ranked first among other countries. Besides this, CO2 emitted per person in Sweden began from just below 9 metric tons, rose gradually for a decade. Since after there was a significant decrease in CO2 per person became nearly 5 metric tons.

Furthermore, individuals in Italy and Portugal both produced CO2 in 1967 by 4 and 1 metric tons respectively, however, Italy outnumbered in the emission of CO2 to Sweden after 1987 and Portugal became same as in Sweden in 2007 by approximately 5 metric tons.

Overall, the highest amount of Co2 emitted per person in the UK whereas Italy became second at the end of the given period. In other hands, Sweden and Portugal had opposite trend initially but finally became the same emission of CO2 per person.
