In overall, the United Kingdom constituted a major for carbon dioxide emissions per humans since the least amount of CO2 was releasing by Portugal. However, a significant disparity can be noticed in all nations over the periods. Units were measured in metric tonnes.

With regards, it can be seen from the information that the United Kingdom attained a higher figure for emission of carbon dioxide by per person during the given periods which accounted at over a 10 metric tonnes in ten years periods. After this, between 1987 and 2007, it declined slightly at less than a ten metric tonnes in the England. Likewise, Portugal experienced at lowest for spreading CO2 in given time periods as well as from 1967 it was less than a 2 metric tonnes. Interestingly, the amount of emission of carbon dioxide by Portugal observed at more than a 4 metric tonnes in the end of the period.
