The line graph compares the consumption of various meats in Europe during 1979 and 2004. Looking more closely to the table, it can be seen there is a downward trend for all kind of meat, except an upward trend is seen in Chicken consumption.

According to the graph, Beef were the most popular food at over 200 grams per week in 1979. After that, there was a fluctuation of eating beef for 10 years. After that, beef consumption declined dramatically from 200 grams in 1990 to 100 grams in 2004. On the contrary, Chicken were the third on 1979. But it increased gradually for 25-year period to 250 grams. Furthermore, Lamb had the same trend as beef. It dropped continually by around 80 grams from 1979 to 2004. In addition, only minority people used fish for food, the consumption of Fish was stable at around 50 grams by whole period.

In conclusion, Chicken usage has the highest grow while Fish were the latest choice among all meats.
