The poly line graph illustrates the information about the four various types of meats such as chicken, beef, lamb and fish intake by humans which was in a quarter years in a Europe from 1979 to 2004. Units were measured in grams per person per week.

In overall, there were lots of transformation can be observed in all kinds of meat consumption over the periods.

It can be seen from the information that meat of beef was most popular among European people for eating at the beginning of the period which accounted between 250 grams to 200 grams in one decade. Similarly, it decreased dramatically at less than a 150 grams in the end of the year. Likewise, consumption of fish meat that composed of almost a little more than a half grams remained relatively constant during the all years at 50 grams in Europe.

The graph further proves that ate to chicken meat attained a lowest figure in European people at first which experienced at about 150 grams. In contrast, a drastic increased can be noticed in intake of chicken meat and reached to peak level at over 250 grams per person per week during 2004. On the other hand, 150 grams meat of lamb was eaten by citizens of Europe region in 1979. Lastly, it followed in a zig zag ways and showing an up and down trend in the remaining years in European nation.
