Overall, the number of inquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in person and by telephone increased, while the figure for letter/email decreased over a six-month period in 2011. In addition, the Office experienced the biggest change in the number of questions in person.
In January 2011, there were over 400 requests sent to the Office in person, whereas the figures by letter/email and telephone were higher, at about 750 and 900 requests respectively. In April 2011, the number of inquiries which were delivered to the Office in person and by telephone rose to approximately 1220 and 1000 in a row. By contrast, the figure by letter/email went down to about 350 requests.
By June 2011, the number of requests sent to the Office in person reached the highest point at around 1900 requests, a rise of nearly three times over a six-month period in 2011 in comparison with a significant increase of about 700 telephone requests and a fall of about 400 letter/email requests
