The given line graph illustrates the number of newly added shops and closed shops in one particular country during 8 years period from 2011.

Overall, it can be seen that the number of shop closures was more as compared to newly opened ones during the given time period except for 2011 and 2015. Both numbers were slightly decreased in 2018 as compared to 2011.

From the closure look, it reveals that the number of opened shops stood at 8500 in 2011 and gradually declined to nearly 4000 in 2012. There was a fluctuation between 2012 and 2015 and remained stable at 4000 before the number of new shops reached a trough at 3000 in 2018.
