Overall, the total percentage of computer ownership increase steadily. On further inspection onto the educational levels, most computers are used in students with postgraduate qualification while the least are in the ones that no high school diploma.
Since 2002, the percentage of computer ownership started out at 55% in 2002 before the figure rose up to 57%,60% and 63% during 2004,2006, and 2008 respectively. In 2010, it has reached its peak at over 70%.
On the educational scale, postgraduate students tend to have the largest control over computers comparing to other levels with the enormous proportions of 70% and 90% in 2010.Other students that received a similar amount of ownership are one that finished college and got a bachelor's degree with the percentage around 50-60% in both the years. In contrast, students with only high school diploma or none of the above certificate have a chance of computer ownership at around the maximum percentage of 60% in 2010 while the lowest is at 40%.
