The line graph depicts the comparison of how many cars measured in thousand were stolen in four different countries during 1990's. Overall, almost all of the figures had a fluctuating trend, although in comparison between the beginning and the end of period, they relatively decrease.
Firstly, during the period, only in Sweden did the act of stealing car report a noticeable rise from 8 to 14. Moreover, the number of the thefts in Great Britain had a one-point drop from 18, even fluctuating to reach about 20 in 1992 and 1996. Similarly, standing at just above 7 in 1990 and even fluctuating during the period, the number for Canada slightly fell off into just below 7 at the end of December 1999. Finally, the crimes of stealing car in France were relatively constant at about 6, despite reporting a fluctuation in the 1990’s.
In conclusion, by looking at descending order, Great Britain had the greatest figure for car thefts, followed by Sweden, while Canada and France had the smaller one.
