Here, the chart demonstrates the information about the finances for local government in New Zealand from the year 2012 to 2022, units are measured in millions.
Overall, It is manifest that the most striking finance is rates revenue which dominates the market, however, grants and subsidies are made the least amount of finance, and the rest of the finances is fluctuation.
At a first glance, the chart reveals that during the period from 2012 to 2013 the ratio of rate revenue was presented constant at around $1,500 million it expected to be modestly inclined to nearly $2,500 million. With regards to user charges finances, the amount was $1000 million in the year 2012 then slightly rocketed to well above $1000 million, It was estimated to reach up to $2000 million at the end of the stipulated period.

Further analysis of the line chart portrays that the proportion of borrowings finances were presented just below $1000 million then the identical amount could be observed in 2017 after reached to lowest. It is interesting to note that from the period 2017 to 2019, the amount had been continuous then sudden rise up to $1000 million, the ratio would be almost less than $800 million.
