In 1980, only 10% of tourists to England went to Art Gallery and 5 years later fluctuating decreased at 9%. However, after 1990 this figure rose considerately and finished at around 22% in 2004. During 30-year research period, it witnessed a dramatically fluctuation to the rate of visitor to Pavilion. From starting above 20% in 1980, this figure reached a peak at 38% in 1985.
