The diagrams illustrate the proposed changes to the city of Stokeford in 2030.
It is clear that the principal change to the city will be the construction of new houses around the main road. Various other developments with regard to retirement houses will accompany the houses, transforming the city from a rural farmland to more of residential zone.
The city is divided by a main road which ends to a bridge, and is located to east of River Stoke. Whereas a large house and gardens used to dominate the south-east side of the city in 1930, in 2030 a new retirement home will be constructed there. On the northern side of the main road, new houses will replace the farmland, while the elementary school will be enlarged with the addition of two more buildings.
To the south-west, the farmland will be taken over by the construction of new houses alongside the main road, and another road will be extended on the centre of the city, surrounded by houses. To the north-west side of the city, more accommodations will be built, replacing the shops, while the post office will remain the same.
