The maps below show the centre of a small town called Islip as it is now, and plans for its development.Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

The two maps given show information about the center of the town named Islip currently and the advancements in the future.
Overall, there are many significant notifications in the planning map.

As can be seen from the first map as the present map, the Islip town is simply divided into separate parts
the countryside as the majority area, the shop and the resident estate by the Main road.
The road is created for the purpose of transportation and the park is for entertainment purpose which is located in the east of the town center.

In the second map, the most noticeable point in the future will be the widening of road from deforesting the countryside as can be seen as a laying ring road that will occupy the whole town. Similarly, the main road will be developed for walking purpose only.

Also, the park area will be narrowed for the construction of the new housing area that makes the number of housing area to be three in total at the south and east of the town. Likewise, the huge area of countryside would be narrowed for the increase in area of more complex area compounding the bus station, the shopping center and the car park. It is worth to note that at the West-South, will be reconstructed new Dual carriageway.
