Currently, a conference participant can arrive this building by vehicles. Driving along the road in front of the building, and there is a branch nearby the center, at which the participant can park cars. Going further in this branch, a garden is located in this way. The left and right hand direction are toilets and café, respectively. Crossing the reception, there is a corridor, and in the left of it are two meeting rooms, whereas, the right is a spacious hall.
According to the future plan, the branch is likely to be replaced and both the car park and the garden are projected to be expended. The café was replaced by a fitness center, and it is planned to rebuild nearby the hall, sharing a considerable space with kitchen, which is projected to build in the corner of this center. The meeting rooms will be separated from two rooms to three in the same location.
