The pie graphs show the nutritional consistency of two dinners

The pie graphs illustrate the proportion of nutrition in two meals. It is clear that the figure for carbohydrates always takes more than other nutrients in both dinners. The amount of glucose and protein in Macaroni is the same.

The highest amount of nutritional consistency of Medium Baked Potato and Macaroni is carbohydrates with 35% and 52% respectively. The glucose rate of Macaroni is just over a tenth and this number in Medium Baked Potato is slightly bigger with 15%.

The protein percentage of Macaroni which is similar to the number of glucose 11% is remarkably smaller than this proportion of Medium Baked Potato with 25%. In contrast, the saturated fat amount of Macaroni is double than the amount of Medium Baked Potato, 21% and 10% respectively. In addition, the other nutrients rate in Macaroni is exactly a third than Medium Baked Potato with 15%.
