The plans below show the layout of a university’s sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant

The diagram depicts the current plan of the university sport center infrastructure and how it will look after the refurbishment takes place.
As can be seen from two layouts, outdoor courts on the west side will be replaced by the brand-new leisure pool with changing rooms in a close proximity to it. In addition, one can noticed that the previous right-hand sided outdoor area will become the place for a covered sports hall, two dance studios, and changing facilities. These particular changes will attract not only the students who are keen on sport, but also different visitors who just want to enjoy well-developed infrastructure with lots of opportunities.
As for the central part of the layouts, it will not be modernized significantly. The 25m pool along with changing rooms on the west, sport gym on the north, and places for seating on the east will not be transformed at all. However, the fronting area, that comprises only a reception room at present, will be extended. The left area, near to the changing rooms of the leisure pool, will incorporate the sports shop, with wide range of sports apparel and accessories. In addition to it, in the right corridor the café, which will provide healthy dining options, will be situated.
Summarising the aforementioned innovation plans, the well-developed university sport center will better serve the desires and demand of both university students and external visitors. What is more, the modernized center will facilitate the university prosperity and will attract greater funds.
