The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.

The three pie diagrams, in percentage terms, depict the breakdown of daily meals onto nutrients, that can be dangerous for the health when consumed in excessive amounts.
As could be noticed from the diagrams, each meal includes the consumption of three main nutrients: sodium, saturated fat, and added sugars. The greatest portion of sodium as well as saturated fat are eaten at dinner, while added sugar is consumed mostly with snakes taken during the day.
On average, people take lunch that includes 30% of sodium, 37% of saturated fat, and 23% of sugar, while dinner has 43%, 37%, and 23% of sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar correspondingly. Breakfast, being the most important meal, includes an almost equal proportion of sodium, saturated fat, and added sugars consumed that each amounts to give-or-take 15 percent.
Taken as a whole, one can notice, that the average dinner is most high in all three nutrients, summing together the total percentage of the nutrients under control amounts to 103%. While USA citizens' sodium, sugar, and saturated fats intake during breakfast is comparatively lower, around 14-16% each time.
