The plans below show a public park when it first opened in 1920 and the same park today.

The given maps provide information about the transformation that has taken place on the Grange Park from 1920 till date.

Overall, it can be seen that the public park has experienced considerable changes in the architectural structures and a new additional car park. Furthermore, the size and location of the park remained unchanged.

In 1920, a fountain was located in the centre of the park between the two entrances form Arnold Avenue on the north and Eldon Street on the south the park. There was a stage for musicians on the west side which was surrounded by rose gardens and seating areas on the north-west and south-west of the park while on the eastern part of the park, there was a pond for water plant on the northeast and a glasshouse on the southeastern part of the park.

Currently, the changes include replacement of the fountain with a rose garden surrounded with seats in the middle of the park, in addition, an amphitheatre for concerts has been constructed in the place of the stage for musicians on the west while maintaining the rose garden on the north-west of the park. However, on the other side, construction of children's play area and cafe have replaced the pond and rose garden respectively on the northeast of the park while the rectangular glasshouse has been replaced by a water feature. Lastly, the most significant change is the inclusion of an underground parking lot with its entrance on the southeastern part of the park.
