On the graph we see was a significant numbers of population of men smokers consisting of 80 % with decreasing later on. Women started with under just 20% in 1950 is going with continuous growth until, when has rapid drop.
From years of 1950 to 1980 the number of smoking men gradually decrease, while women smokers increased gradually by the amount of over 70% with respect to 40% of women. Looking at the graph in 1980 to 1990 there was a significant decrease on both parties of about roughly over a 30% of men smoking, meanwhile, 10% of women smokers.
Overall, the bar graph of smokers percentage of population with comprising men and women reports, that most of smoking people are the men than women at on the first place. However, women smokers have risen on large scale at the period of time given to us until having immediate fall.
