A hobby is a regular activity done for enjoyment in leisure time. Certain voices believe that hobbies tend to be more difficult in order to enjoy them. I personally disagree with this statement because both the easy and extreme hobbies can be pleasurable.
On the one hand, many people enjoy easy hobbies. To explain this, people find enjoyment and interest to collecting stamps, drawing, reading books and may more these hobbies can be done without demanding physical activity. For example, the activity I like do so much is swimming. In this activity it requires very few equipment, very simple to learn and inexpensive. I never felt a challenging experience from swimming. I do this activity every weekend to escape from my stressful life.
On the other hand, some people find enjoyment only in demanding and challenging hobbies. The reason for this is they want to push their limits every time. For example, one of my friend nayan has hobby of dive in deep water from the height. He feels an adrenalin rush and dived from a different level of height every time. This activity more difficult and challenging and he enjoys a lot.
In conclusion, simple hobbies can be fun and relaxing, but difficult hobbies can be equally pleasurable for different reasons. I personally believe that everyone has his own interest.
