Some people believe that residents are responsible for the place where they live to be clean and tidy. Others believe that government is the responsible. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Some people hold the opinion that dwellers are responsible to keep the surrounding area neat and clean, while some says that it should be done by the government. In my perspective, this is the responsibility of government but, as a nation, people should contribute their efforts for the betterment of entire country.
It is very dire necessity to provide healthy and good environment to citizens to protect from dirty environment such as, garbage, pollution and others that ultimately creates many diseases which could be more dangerous for the people. In order to keep the area neat and clean, government is responsible to manage these all things instead of residents. Whereas, most of the people says that every individual person does not have enough time to manage each and every thing owing to inadequacy of time and work overload. In addition, some people concern that government need to make any specific department to pertaining garbage that can collect all garbage from around the country, as well as, in most of the countries government collect these all kind of things by the help of technology like, heavy machineries which shows, the more you spendthrift the more comfort can be acquired.
On the other hand, number of people says that people are contributing their immense efforts in the way of taxes in order to stream line the situation of country. Whereas, it has seen many times in underdeveloped countries that people are bearing dirty environment even near their houses which is ruining their lives along with future generation. Survey depict that it has evenly mistakes by both of them for instance, not to give proper taxes, not performing proper work, shortage of senior officers, illiteracy rate and many others. At the end, government needs to take stern steps on above stated points that eventually will be worthwhile for the country.
To sum up, government need to resolve these issues on urgent basis which is very harmful for the people, Along with this, government should form the criteria and involve intellectual people wherein they may find better way for the country.
