Nowadays, there is an ongoing debate between people about public health. Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required to improve health of public. In this essay, I shall explain my point of view by supporting those proponents who say that public health should be improved by sports facilities along with other measures.

There are several solid reasons why the public needs other sources along with sports facilities to improve their health. One of them is that public should take care of their health by visiting doctors once in a month and follow their routine checkup. It can also be argued that daily exercises also show the positive impact in public health. It should also be taken into account that public should eat their meal at right time without delaying especially urban area's people. Because urban area's public have more health problem than rural area only because of untimely meal.

As per a recent survey it has been found that approximately sixty five percent of India's urban area's population are suffering from many diseases all because of untimely meal.

Taking these points into consideration, from a personal perspective, without a shadow of a doubt, I am inclined to believe that people need other sources along with sports facilities to improve their health.
