The table below shows information and predictions regarding the change in percentage of population aged 65 and above in three countries.Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

Given is the table contrasting the rate of the over-65s in Canada, Germany and the UK over a 12-year phase, commencing from 1988 and making predictions for the year 2030.
Perceptibly, three distinct countries seem to share a similar soaring trend in the percentage of the elderly aged 65 or so over the years. Furthermore, Germany is likely to have by far the highest population of this age group of all aforementioned places.
When it comes to the percentage of people in the age range of 65 or so in Germany, it always remained its leading position with 20% from the first year of the provided phase and 25% in the last year. Even though Canada experienced a similar 5% surge in the rate in the year 2000 from only 16% in the 1988s, it still comprised the second largest part. Likewise, constituting only 14% in 1988, the UK ranked last now that there was only a 1-percent accretion observed in the last year.
Twelve years later are supposed to bring a uniform 5 percent proliferation in the proportion of people in the age group of 65 or over in all three countries compared to the rates recorded in 2000 with 30% in Germany, 26% in Canada and 20% in the UK.
