The table gives information about the comparison of the amount of water using for three different sectors in six countries in 2003.
Overall, it can be seen clearly from the table that for domestic sector, the percentage of water using in Australia was the highest one among these countries, as against that of water used in industry was the least. For industrial sector, the first position belonged to the amount of water used in Canada, as compared to that of water used in agriculture was in China.
First of all, Australian people used maximum water for domestic sector, with 65%, while that for industry was only 2% and 33% for agriculture. In comparison, the proportion of water using in China take the first position in agriculture and the final position in industrial sector, with 87% and only 2% respectively. Canadian people consumed maximum water for industry, with 81%, 11% for domestic and 8% for agriculture sector.
On the other hand, the UK and Turkey people shared the same percentage of 73% for industrial and agricultural sectors respectively, as compared to there was the same proportion in water using in Russia, with 19% and 62% for industry.
