In general, it is clear that the school spent most of the money to pay for teachers and spent the least on insurance over the three years mentioned.

The teacher’s salaries accounted for 40% in 1981, then increased to 50% in 1991 before declining to 45% in 2001. The payment for other workers took the second place of total spending with almost a third in 1981 and 1991. However, in 2001, it was down to the third place with just a minority, gave the second place for Facilities with 23%, which was 15% in 1981 and a small number of 5% in 1991.
Likewise, we could see the percentage of money paid for other resources was just a minority of 15% in 1981 and 20% in 1991. In 2001, the school spent even less than that with 9%. The last one was the expense for health, just a very small number with 2%, 3% and 8% respectively in 1981, 1991 and 2001.
