Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The above piechart illustrates the employment pattern in Great Britain in 1992. The pie charts shows the employment pattern in male and females. The pie chart further describes the composition of jobs in both male and female. It can be clearly seen that the distribution of male work force is quite higher than female workforce in craft. while clerical works is more prevalent in females employment category then males. Also in both the categories the distribution of general labourers is similar and is quite low.

From the pie chart can be further observed that non manual jobs consists of around 69% in females while in males the manual jobs distribution is about 50% which is 19% lower than female counterpart.

In summary, females are more inclined towards clerical works whereas their male compatriots are bound to perform more craft oriented works other than that they have perform similar job decompostions
