My name is XYZ and is having experience in hospitality industry as I was a Guest Relation Associate. I am a management student majoring up in Operational Management from Mumbai University. I am waiting for my final year results, as I have last month.
During my studies in the University, I used to work part time in a renowned Hotel as a Guest Relation Associate. Here my duties were to manage the reception area and adhere to the issues the customer would address. This job helped me to sharpen my skills like managing staffs, interacting with customer, cater to the needs to the needs of the customer and lastly ensure the customer have a good experience by providing prompt services. I have been working in this position for the past 2 years and have got good experience in the hospitality industry. Therefore, I could be an ideal candidate for this position.
I would like to know what the job responsibilities required for this position as I wanted to check if the skills required add up to the job I intend to do in future.
