The bar chart shows how changed the percentage of the economy in several industries in country B in 2005 and 2015 and makes forecasts for 2025.
Overall, finance will continue to be the most important industry in the future, whereas, the manufacturing industry has experienced a sharp decrease during the given period. Moreover, there was a significant percentage for both the tourism industry and the fossil fuels industry in this period of time.
As can be seen from the given data, the financial industry has undergone a rapid rise in 2005 and 2015, rising from almost 31% to 36% and the figure for this industry is predicted to reach about 42% in 2025. By contrast, the manufacturing witnessed a drop in percentage, dropping from almost 21% to 15% and it has a sharp fall in the future with only 5%.
Moving on to the change for percentage in tourism, it has seen a steep reduction, starting from about 25% and decreasing about 20% in 2015. This phenomenon is likely to unchanged in 2025. The percentage for food processing was increased substantially from 10% to almost 21% in 2015, but, the forecast for this industry in 2025 is fallen to 10%, which is equal by the figure in 2005. Likewise, the trend for the fossil fuels industry has seen a steady rise, rising from 25% to almost 31% in 2015 and then it falls to the initial percentage in 2005, 25%.
