I am again describing the details of the briefcase so that you can expedite your search.
The item which is lost is a handheld bag which opens with a combinational lock. I work with a multinational company and that bag contains some important and confidential details of our company's coming projects. So, it is an absolute necessary for me.
Now, what I want from your side is to know why such delay is happening? In this matter, I have also filed a F.I.R with a local police station. I never expected such a hopeless search from a renowned airline. On receiving this letter I believe you will certainly respond at the earliest and will let me know about your further action. I am also enclosing a copy of this to the local newspaper so that they should also know about irresponsible behavior.
