Dear Sir,
Hope you are doing well.I am writing this letter in reference to highlight an issue on a recent purchase of a new laptop from your store.
my name is Mick Arthur. I bought the Lenovo laptop, model number XDG3455R from your electronic shop last week on Friday. After that I have used it, the overall performance looks fine but there is a major flaw which I have discovered during my usage. The issue is that the laptop's battery does not charge properly. I have tried to change the charging ports and the sockets and neither works additionally I have tried to use a different charging cable and it does not work either. I am highly dissatisfied with the performance of this laptop as I was not expecting these issues at such an early stage.
So in the above context, I request you to change this laptop and offer a new replacement as the product is covered under warranty and it has just been a few days since I have bought it.
I look forward to your immediate action and help on the same.
Yours sincerely
Mick
