Dear Sir,
My name is Saad Mubarak and I am writing in regards to report a technical issue which I have discovered within a few days of purchasing a new laptop from your electronic store. let me explain in detail.
To elucidate I had purchased an Apple MacBook last week from your store at Crescent drive. Though I have been extremely satisfied with the purchases I made for electronic items from your store in the past but this is first time I am facing a technical issue with the laptop. The issue is with the laptop battery getting discharged quickly ever after prolonged hours of charging. Although I tried to troubleshoot on my own and restarted the laptop several times it didn’t resolve the issue. Since I work from home and most of the times I need a laptop to send reports to office thus considering the present situation my work is getting affected.
let me additionally inform you I had called your technical support engineer yesterday who spent hours troubleshooting this issue without providing any concrete resolution. Hence I am running out of patience, therefore, I would request you to kindly provide a replacement of this laptop to ensure speedy resolution.
I look forward to your immediate response
Yours sincerely
saad
