Dear Sir.Madam,
I am writing in hope that my suitcase which got lost from the cargo luggage of Indian Airlineshas been found. I am waiting from last 5 days for a reply from customer care executives, but every effort of mine is going in-vain. I have already logged an online complaint with the authority , i doubt that anything is done till now.
To summarise, this is 10Litres capacity suitcase, with digital lock opening comination and a bug brown handle to lift it, please mind that there was no strip attached to help it to caary it on the shoulder.there were differnet articles kept inside, firstly i had kept imported perfumes, my formal clothes and a leather jacket alongside.On the top layer i have kept my documents, laptop , its charger and powerbank.
Moreover , i tried contacting the authorities several times, but they have there standard replies and no new investigation ifnormation is shared with me. I read on your website about standard procedure protocol, you are bound to share each and every inevestiation outcomes via email. Nothing has happened till now, is there anything that could be done or i there is any other porcedure you are going to follow.
