Last week, i had a plane trip of ab airline and when i arrived, my luggage was lost. I checked it in already but the moment i reported to the ground staff, there was no support. my luggage was a pink vali. Inside it was my clothes, my documents especially my laptop. Until 3 days after i presenting, i have not get my baggage. Your services made me unsatisfied. I departed at 7 pm on Monday to China, please check out my trip and find out my vali as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
