Dear Mr Wright,
I am writing to you to request a reconsideration of the decision of closing the staff cafetiria. Indeed, only few collagues dine in the cafeteria. However, we prefer to improve it rather than shut it down.
The reason that the cafeteria is seldom used is because it lack some household appliances. To begin with, the sokd refregirator in the kitchen is inadequent for all the colagues. I frequently cannot find a space for my food in the refriger. Secondly, no heating device is installed in the ketchen. I have to eat cold food after I take it from the cramed freezer.
I hope the company can improve the cafeteria in the future. Another refrigerator is essential to cater all the collegues. Besides, to install two microwave ovens in the kitchen would complement the function of the cafeteria. I believe the improved cafeteria will be popular among collagues. Therefore, I request the company to cancel the decision of closing the cafeteria.
