• Ask some questions about the facilities at the conference centre
Dear Mr or Madam
I am the human resources analyst from Capital One Bank in Saratoga. I need to make an inquiry about your conference center. Our company is planning and international trade stock training for our sales staff. About two hundred persons.
The training will take place from the 12th to the 15th of May. So, before we make the reservation, I am going to need some information regarding your conference room and listed you the equipment we'll need for running our training. Our must are Good internet connection, Two hundred mics, Big screen, and High-end sounding system.
I need to know more information about the other facilities the center has. I saw a baseball field, a swimming pool, and a gym. If we make a reservation for two hundred people. Will they be allowed to use the entire center?. This information is vital to make our decision because we would like to keep all our activities in one place.
I´ll be waiting for your reply.
Kind Regards.
