complaint the tv manager
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had bought a LG 1170 QLED 65'' television on 15th August 2018 from Best Buy Corporation, which was working fine since then and the performance as well as the picture quality was awesome.
But I am facing some issues with quality of the plasma screen where sometimes I can feel some liquid element flowing inside the screen, also while navigating with different aspect ratios of the screen improper picture is delivered.
Therefore to report the issues I have informed Best Buy where I was notified that, as I have not purchased their Geek Squad Plan which is an extra maintenance feature, so they were unable to help me out and thus was advised to contact the manufacturer.
I had called the LG customer service toll free numbers many times in recent past days but with no proper response or unsatisfying answers while addressing the issues. I also requested for a service engineer to visit my place and have a look at the television, thus a service visit was scheduled but no body arrived.
I therefore humbly request you to look into the matter and take appropriate steps required for the resolutions of my issues mentioned.
