The diagram illustrates the production of a fish pie that packed in a microwaveable container which contain some ingredients such as fish, pea, potato. Overall, there are many small processes of making the final product beginning with the delivering of potatoes and culminating in the dispatching of fish pie.
To begin with, potatoes are delivered to a place where they can ben stored up to a month. As soon as potatoes are cleaned and peeled, they are sliced into small size. Afterward, the sliced potatoes are boiled then they are chilled. Those potato slices may be stored or packed with other ingredients to form the final product.
The process of preparing fish for the product happen only for 12 hours or less since the fish was delivered. As soon as Lemon juice and then salt are added to the fresh salmon, they are steamed in the oven to cook through. The steamed salmon’s skins and bones are removed before going into the inspection process. After this, peas and sauce are prepared then all the ingredients are wrapped together with potatoes to make the complete fish pie products. Those completed fish pie are transfer into a large freezer. The final steps is that refrigerated fish fie are stored or dispatched.
