I am currently employed in a three-star hotel in Nantes as a manager. I've been working here since November 2015, which is almost 4 years. I'm in charge of Clients events & also involved in handling finance for the branch in Nantes. I'm pretty happy about my job, but I'm looking for change which will help me gain some exposure and a boost in my career. From an education point of view, I have pursued a degree in Hotel Management from Italy and have a certificate in safety and hygiene, which could be helpful for your restaurant.
I would really love to work in your restaurant as a restaurant manager, as I would gain some experience and in return would contribute towards your restaurants objective. I look forward to your response.
