I am writing to you regarding to the competitive sport festival. As you are well aware, every year we arrange this event , which attracts numerous paticipants . Unfortunately, compared to the financial position of our company in the previous years, this year our company has been facing financial difficulties, we cannot afford to fund this activity, because of the necessity of satisfying own needs, I decided to warn you in advance. I am really regret that we cannot contribute these sports, because a majority of students really enjoy taking part in this every year. I was sad, upset , because this festival brings great pleasure in my life too, maintaining relationships between old friends , sharing the news about friend's achievements . I also desire to make new acquaintances, learning all aspects of life. And I miss the park which is located nearby the backyard of the university. I would be grateful, if you could send me your photos and park photos.
It is impossible to predict the future perspective of our organization, probably, our company will be able to finance this sport event in the next year , depending on productivity of employees. Needless to say, we will make every effort to honour our financial obligations. I would say that company's income increased, compared to the profit in the previous month. Thereby , I very expect we will organize the remarkable events in the next year, I will pray God that it happen.
There is no doubt that this sport festival is essential in our community, because sport allows us to maintain our health, to shape our body, to develop our physical abilities, to overcome strange personal barriers, to relieve stress, resulting an increase the level of our lives.
I suggest you are upset too, nevertheless, I hope we will encourage one another and build each other up, as a result, this event goal will be reached.
