Dear Amazon customer service,
I had recently bought an iPhone XR as a gift and when it arrived the package looked squished.
The order number was 568234. I would've gone out and gotten it at a shop myself but I was too busy. During the purchase your website showed that my order would arrive quicker because I paid extra shipping charges.
Now because the item was damaged I had to go out and buy it myself. I request a refund because the item was damaged during the delivery. Please
let me know how I can get my money refunded and the item returned. My trust level with amazon delivery has gone down.
