I am writing this letter to inform you that, I have ordered a photo-frame from the e-bay online application on 21of November and it has arrived 23rd of November, the delivery was on time but the item was broken.
However, the same thing has repeated with me for 3rd time and this time I am really disappointed because I had to gift this to my husband on his birthday but it has ruined my surprise. I strongly will suggest others not to purchase it from here also requesting you to please refund the full amount as soon as possible or else you could just replace me the the item with the brand new piece soon.
