I am delighted to hear that you are coming back to India on coming Thursday for a small vacation, and you have made plans to stay at my place. However, I have other plans on the same day, so I could not meet you on Thursday.
I'm sorry for not being available and unable to pick you up from the airport on the date of your arrival. I have a busy schedule for Wednesday to Friday out of town, as I'll be traveling to Bangalore and Mumbai to meet my new clients. We have planned a new project and have to discuss the proposal with my new clients.
From Wednesday till Friday, I'll be having meetings throughout the day till 5 PM in JW Marriott Hotel. I have to get the business for my company which is important as it will generate huge revenue from my firm, and I'll be receiving a promotion from my boss. Thus, it is the only reason that I cannot come to visit and meet you next Thursday.
But, I'll be back in town on Friday around 9 PM. And, we can go for drinks at the Ricos Bar which is our favorite hangout spot. Also, I'll be free during the weekend, so you can come to my place to stay and we'll have loads of fun together by playing cards, drinking, and talking about our lives.
Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by not telling you earlier about my plans, and I hope you do understand my situation.
