Dear Festival Manager,

My name is Mr.Ravi, I am living in Bhagyanagar Colony. I am writing this letter with regards to Navami festival that held in Sri Rama temple in last year.
The last year festival happened well, however, some devotees faced inconvenience regarding water facilities and transport services.
This event is representing our town importance and identity. So, it is our responsibility to great services to spectators.

If you agree, I want to part in event organization. I would like help in festival plans, then we together give best hospitality services to devotees.
I want to take care about time table of transport services, because I have experience in this area.

Moreover, I want to know some information about this year festival, firstly, how many people are going attend this year? if we know this, we could plan services according to that. Secondly, where has been parking area allocated? then, we could assume how many vehicles fit there.

I look forword to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
Ravi
